My Apothecary contains a careful selection of plants that I have worked with intimately myself, and with many clients and groups over many years. My wish is that more people feel safe and confident to use herbs in the daily life. for this reasons all of my blends and single herbs come with information of what the plant can offer you, and how they can support you, so that you can empower yourself and deepen your own relationship with the plants. All herbs are sourced from small companies based in the UK, and are organic and sustainably wild harvested where possible.

My dispensary is currently made up of The Triskillion Collection of herbal tisanes which combine 3 plants blended to soothe and support the body, spirit and soul - offering integration and nourishment on every level. And Insight Simples which are single herbal preparations which merge the practical traditional medicinal use of a herb, with insight guidance of how to connect to the plant beyond the ‘fixing’ mentality, deepening your relationship with the plants and with yourself.
